EasyVista is a software company specialising in IT service management, with solutions designed to simplify and automate IT processes inside organisations. Present internationally, EasyVista supports more than 3,000 organisations in their digital transformation.
Introduction
As compensation policies grew more complex and expectations around transparency andrigour increased, the HR leadership at EasyVista decided to industrialise itspay increase and bonus processes. Until then, the company had been working withmanual tools that were poorly suited to consolidating sensitive information orcollaborating smoothly with managers.
We spoke with Stéphanie Gomes Da Cruz, HR and Employee Relations Manager, who looks back on the Figures rollout and the concrete benefits observed across successive salary review campaigns.
Faster, more reliable and more credible salary reviews
Before Figures, pay increase campaigns were run through Excel files sent out to each manager, then consolidated and checked by hand. The method took a lot of time and back-and-forth, and carried a risk of errors or inconsistencies between departments.
"We were working with Excel files that we had to consolidate manually. It was slow and tedious, not to mention the risk of errors."
With Figures, EasyVista was able to configure campaigns around its own requirements, including multi-currency handling, while automating approval workflows. Changing tools preserved the spirit of the process while making execution faster and more robust.
"We saved a lot of time processing the campaigns, and above all, we gained credibility with managers."
The campaign has become a genuinely structuring moment in the life of the company, rather than a heavy administrative exercise to run.
Smooth manager adoption through a gradual, hands-on approach
EasyVista initially deployed Figures on the HR side only. Access was opened up to managers during the first pay increase campaign. To support the change, the team ran a short training session, backed by a demo campaign provided by Figures.
"We ran a short training session using a demo campaign the Figures team made available to us."
The experience was smooth. Managers picked the tool up quickly, appreciated how simple it was, and were able to focus on their decisions rather than on the mechanics. For the second campaign, covering quarterly bonuses, a simple walkthrough was enough. No support was needed, even for managers who had never used the platform before.
"We had no questions and no support requests, not even from new managers."
That speed of adoption confirms that Figures requires neither heavy training nor extra administrative load on the HR side, and enables more effective, calmer collaboration.
A structuring tool that opens the way to pay transparency
Beyond the operational gain, Figures has allowed EasyVista to align every stakeholder around a shared framework. HR, managers and leadership now share a clear view of where campaigns stand, which approvals are coming next, and what the historical data says.
"Figures gives everyone good visibility: where the campaign stands, who the next approver is, and it keeps the history."
For the company, Figures is now a strategic tool for securing its compensation processes. In time, it could also play a key part in a broader move towards pay transparency.
"Figures will be a good support when the time comes, but it is only the vehicle. Pay transparency is first and foremost a culture change, inside the company and more broadly in France."
In the meantime, EasyVista has already taken an important step: professionalising a critical process, with reliability, fluidity and trust at every stage.
