How COGEP simplified its salary reviews with Figures

We spoke with Céline Roussey, HR at COGEP, who looks back on the rollout of Figures' salary review module and how managers took to it.

Salary review campaigns configured around their needs

With Figures, COGEP sets its campaign rules directly in the tool, and those rules then apply to the employee base it has integrated. The module supports several campaigns running in parallel, each with its own rules, so the firm can adapt the process to how it actually works.

The salary review module lets us run several campaigns at once, with specific rules adapted to our needs. The employee experience is better with a clear, smooth, modern interface.

Adoption made easier by supporting managers

To bring managers on board, the team relied on written guides and short video walkthroughs covering the module and how to run a review. Lead payroll managers and the HRIS support team stayed available to answer questions.

The result: a smooth rollout, few questions raised, and buy-in helped along by how simple the tool is to use and how modern the interface feels.

The tool was well received, and few difficulties were reported when using the salary review module. It's simple to use, and the interface is modern, which makes it easier to get managers on board.
